Refund policy

Because GreySignalSupply products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for selecting the wrong size or color, or for changing your mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact cmendonca@greysignalsupply.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer an eligible replacement or refund. Please do not mail an item back unless we provide return instructions.

Orders may not be cancellable or editable after they enter production.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
