This website is operated by GreySignalSupply. Throughout these Terms, “GreySignalSupply,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the GreySignalSupply online store.

By visiting this website or purchasing through it, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Store use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law.

You must provide accurate and current information when placing an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and present products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and digital product renderings can affect how colors and details appear.

Product information, prices, sizes, availability, and specifications may be corrected or updated when necessary. We do not authorize claims beyond the information expressly stated on the product page.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product availability, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cancel an accepted order after payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Products are made to order. Changes and cancellations might not be possible after an order enters production.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the website and may change for future orders without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price shown when that order is submitted, subject to correction of clear errors.

Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable costs are displayed during checkout when available.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. GreySignalSupply does not directly store complete payment-card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Production, shipping rates, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, delays, and international charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Returns, replacements, refunds, defective items, incorrect orders, and cancellation limitations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Intellectual property

The GreySignalSupply name, SIGNAL > NOISE design, stepped-line mark, graphics, photographs, written copy, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to GreySignalSupply.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content without written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

9. Third-party services

The store uses third-party services, including Shopify and production, payment, fulfillment, and delivery providers.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Errors and availability

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes, or availability information. When an error materially affects an order already placed, we will communicate the available resolution where reasonably possible.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

GreySignalSupply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such limitations are permitted by law.
